Small things you need to do, that will make your day better:
- Smile to someone (a family member, a stranger…etc)
- Help someone (Give a poor person some money, buy them a snack or a meal, help your sibling with their homework, make someone happy..etc)
- Enjoy anything you eat (enjoy the sweetness of an apple, the crunchiness of a pear…etc)
- Read poetry or try to understand it.
- Learn something new.
- Small talk with a family member or a neighbour.
- Enjoy any breeze of air.
- Read at least for 20 minutes.
- Look at the sky.
- Drink alot of water.
- Take care of your self (moisturizer your skin, shave your armpits…etc).
- Before you sleep, think of what you wish to have.
- After you wake up, think of what makes you happy (That streamer, this song, that book…etc).
- Watch/Read something funny.
- Take breaks through out the day, and pray for at least 5 minutes, your soul needs it.
- Listen to others, shut up.
- Say hi to someone you haven’t texted or talked to in a long time.
- Walk, your body needs it.
- Smile to yourself, it helps.
- Remember things you did that you are proud of.
- Stop comparing yourself to others, it’s stupid.
- Remind yourself that what people think of you, is non of your goddamn business, so stop being a quidnunc.
- Be kind, to everyone, including yourself.
- Don’t have high expectations from others, they are humans too, they can f*ck up sometimes.
